About The Position

Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda is 100% committed to the professional and personal development of our family of associates. This role is in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. The goal is to make your store a success. Panda will provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program to prepare you for success.

Requirements

High school diploma required
Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

Hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals
Ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
Operation of a single store
