About The Position

This position is for an Assistant Football Coach for the 26-27 school year. The role requires enthusiasm for athletics, availability for all related activities, and knowledge of assigned sports fundamentals. The coach must be able to model behavior as outlined in the Coaches Handbook and demonstrate successful coaching experience and training over a period of years. A willingness to support the total athletic program is essential. Successful candidates must possess a current First Aid and C.P.R. card. Those recommended for hire will need to attend training classes on Hepatitis B and HIV, receive vaccination for Hepatitis B if necessary, and complete the district's sexual harassment training. Fingerprinting for a background check will also be required. Per WIAA Regulations, assistant coaches must be at least 19 years of age. While a classroom teacher is preferred, it is not a requirement for this role.

Requirements
