About The Position
The Assistant High School Football Coach supports the Head Coach in all aspects of the football program, including player development, practice planning, game strategy, and fostering a positive team culture. This role helps ensure student-athletes grow both athletically and academically.
Requirements
- Experience in football coaching or playing at a high level.
- Knowledge of football strategies and techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with student-athletes, parents, and staff.
- Commitment to student-athlete development.
- Background check clearance.
Nice To Haves
- Previous high school coaching experience.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Teaching certification (if applicable).
