About The Position

Focus on the day to day operations, ensuring accuracy in inventories, following companies quality of standards, staff training, coding invoices, adhering to company budgets, scheduling, customer service as well as cash handling with receipts, food ordering, must be a team player, will report to the General Manager.

Requirements

• Must be Food Safe certified with ANSI/CFP accredited
• Allergen training
• Alcohol license in good standing
• College education or at least 5 years of management or supervisory experience in food & beverage, or hospitality field
