About The Position
Arlo Chicago is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will support the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food and beverage management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficient in inventory management and budgeting.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department.
- Supervise and train staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Work closely with suppliers and manage inventory control.
- Help develop and implement innovative food and beverage programs and promotions.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
