About The Position

Play a key role in crafting unforgettable experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will leverage their innovative spirit with exceptional guest service and team leadership to create a vibrant and inviting atmosphere that keeps both guests and team members coming back for more.
Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, supervising bar staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies, maintaining a high level of customer service, and following responsible alcohol service practices.
Provide excellent customer service by interacting with patrons, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience at the bar.
Implement and enforce quality control measures for beverage preparation, presentation, and service to maintain consistent standards.
Assist in budgeting and financial management, monitoring sales, controlling costs
Ensure compliance with local and state regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages, including age verification and responsible service practices.

Requirements

• 1 year prior experience in a similar role with supervisory experience

Nice To Haves

• Hotel experience preferred
