We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Food & Beverage / Coffee Shop Manager who can inspire their team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ensure smooth daily operations across our restaurant, bar, and coffee service. This leader thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys mentoring others, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. The ideal candidate understands both restaurant and specialty coffee operations, from managing service flow and supporting team members to ensuring every guest receives a memorable experience. This role is hands-on and service-driven, setting the tone for the team while maintaining high operational standards.
