The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join the Food & Beverage team! Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining. The ideal candidate must be an exceptional leader with a passion for creating extraordinary experiences, a talent for training and developing others, and experienced in all aspects of restaurant operations. As an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you’re not just supporting daily operations of one or more dining outlets – you’re contributing to creating memorable guest experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume bar environment is required.
