About The Position

The Assistant Food & Beverage Managers are key members of the opening team supporting daily operations of all F&B Outlets. Within this urban destination, this leader will help build a polished service culture and deliver distinctive dining experiences for hotel guests, residence owners, and the local Dallas community. The role provides hands-on leadership while supporting team development, guest satisfaction, operational standards, and financial performance.

Requirements

  • Previous Food & Beverage leadership experience is required, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, private club, or high-end restaurant.
  • Minimum of three years of progressive restaurant or hotel Food & Beverage experience strongly preferred.
  • Pre-opening or hotel-opening experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of elevated restaurant service, wine and spirits, labor management, inventory controls, and guest recovery.
  • Proven ability to train, motivate, and lead a service-focused team.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications are required or must be obtained within the property’s established timeframe.

Responsibilities

  • Support the opening and daily operation of hotel Food & Beverage outlets using ENRICH values
  • Lead service periods, maintaining a visible presence and ensuring warm, polished, and attentive hospitality.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and motivate Food & Beverage team members.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and ensure the team is prepared regarding menus, ingredients, wine, spirits, promotions, and daily priorities.
  • Maintain standards for service, presentation, cleanliness, ambiance, and outlet readiness.
  • Build meaningful guest relationships, anticipate preferences, and resolve concerns promptly and discreetly.
  • Partner with Culinary, Stewarding, Finance, Banquets, and other departments to support seamless operations.
  • Assist with payroll, labor management, scheduling, inventories, purchasing, cost controls, and departmental profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, responsible alcohol service, sanitation, cash-handling, and workplace safety requirements.
