Teacher (Assistant Teacher / Floater Teacher) What you bring as a Team Member: We are seeking flexible and collaborative Assistant Teachers and Floaters to join our team in promoting the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children from infancy to school age. In this versatile role, you will work under the oversight of senior team members to plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities, helping ease children into organized education and prepare them for kindergarten using our provided curriculum. You will be a vital support system across multiple classrooms, jumping in wherever needed to assist with daily care routines—including feeding, changing, and nap time—while maintaining open, interactive communication with parents and colleagues through our Classroom Management system.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements is great but not necessary.

Responsibilities
