Responsibilities

  • Support students in a classroom setting.
  • Build meaningful relationships with students due to consistent classroom rosters for the full school year.
  • Collaborate with co-teachers in intentional pairings designed to create strong classroom partnerships.
  • Utilize expert-designed lesson plans provided by Primrose.
  • Participate in weekly, paid planning time built into the school day.
  • Take breaks during the day with reliable break coverage.
  • Assist with classroom management and daily routines.
