Assistant Flag Football Coach-1
About The Position
Assist the Head Coach with recruiting, scouting and practice planning. Perform competition day duties as assigned, and monitor equipment inventory and care. Assist with practice and competition day management and activities. Assist with organizational planning (travel, community service, study hall, etc.), and support student-athlete development and assist with roster management. Help with the planning and organization of camps and clinics. Know and comply with all Marymount rules and regulations. Must be CPR and First Aid certified. Provide positive leadership for student-athletes. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 to 3 years of flag football experience
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Know and comply with all NCAA rules and regulations
- Pass the NCAA Coaches Certification Exam annually
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred
