Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be CPT-certified
- Current CPR and AED
Responsibilities
- Assist the personal training department and team performance.
- Coach trainers to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of training staff.
