About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Fitness Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager and Fitness Manager to drive our fitness programs, manage personal trainers, and enhance member satisfaction. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
NCAA Personal Trainer Certification or Exercise-science-related degree
Maintain a CPR / AED certification
Personal training and personal training sales experience
Superior communication & interpersonal skills
Effective English communication skills.
Proficient in multitasking, driven by self-motivation and a strong work ethic
Committed to continuous personal development

Nice To Haves

Fluency in multiple languages is favored.

Responsibilities

Train clients for up to 20 hours per week.
Assess and evaluate sessions and small group training.
Develop and manage action plans to achieve goals.
Meet monthly personal training revenue and sales targets.
Conduct fitness assessments and introductory programs for members.
Maintain sales percentages and key performance indicators.
Consistently achieve sales and revenue targets.
Collaborate with the General Manager to maintain member relationships and cultivate referrals.
Create additional traffic and generate sales.
Foster an enjoyable environment for employees, members, and guests.
Contact new members to welcome them and schedule fitness assessments.
Maintain excellent customer service to engage members and clients.
Resolve customer service issues to ensure a positive member experience.
Conduct exit interviews with canceling clients.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients' goals.
Inspire clients to achieve results through goal setting, follow-ups, and reassessments.
Maintain the personal trainer and HIIT+/SGT schedule according to gym standards.
Participate in management meetings.
Recruit personal trainers to ensure optimal staffing levels.
Supervise, guide, and develop personal training staff.
Demonstrate Intermediate computer literacy skills for the use of job-related software and technology.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
