Assistant Field Supervisor – Evenings

Clearview Building MaintenanceBurton, MI
$18 - $19Onsite

About The Position

This role is for someone who likes independence, can think on their feet, and enjoys staying moving instead of staring at a clock waiting for a shift to end. You’ll work side-by-side with the people you lead, manage your own workflow throughout the night, and play a hands-on role in keeping buildings, teams, and expectations running at a high level. ClearView Building Maintenance is a woman-owned commercial cleaning company continuing to grow throughout Mid-Michigan. Recently recognized with the Award of Achievement in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from the Flint & Genesee Group, we take pride in building a company culture focused on teamwork, accountability, adaptability, and growth. We’re looking for people who lead by example instead of from the sidelines, like variety and problem-solving, can work independently and stay motivated, take ownership and communicate well, and want a career path — not just another job. At ClearView, exceptional employees are encouraged to grow through our developing leadership pathway, with hands-on training, ongoing support, and real opportunities to advance. The Assistant Field Supervisor supports the success of our janitorial teams by ensuring quality standards are met, assisting with training, and stepping in to support nightly operations.
