About The Position

This role involves assisting in the coaching and development of student-athletes in field hockey. Key responsibilities include demonstrating and teaching sport-specific skills, traveling for recruitment and competition, and developing strategic approaches under pressure. The position also requires the ability to concentrate for extended periods on administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to demonstrate and teach current skills and techniques required of athletes competing in the sport.
• Ability to travel for the purpose of recruiting student-athletes and team competition.
• Ability to develop and communicate strategy under the pressures of competition.
• Ability to concentrate for long periods of time while performing the administrative functions of this position.

Nice To Haves

• Masters Degree is preferred.
• Intercollegiate coaching experience.
