About The Position
Glenbrook South High School is seeking applicants to serve as the Assistant Director for Glenbrook South High School’s Fall Play for the 2026-27 school year. We are looking for an energetic, organized candidate with creativity, vision, and experience directing students in high school theater productions.
Requirements
- Energetic, organized candidate with creativity, vision, and experience directing students in high school theater productions
Responsibilities
- Assisting the director in pre-production planning
- Consulting with the technical director on set and lighting concepts
- Attending rehearsals
- Mentoring student assistant directors
- Collaborating with the costumer, and properties person
- All other duties the director determines necessary
