The Assistant Facility Manager will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of the facility(s) or campus, including janitorial, life-safety, engineering, site services, and general maintenance. This role involves supervising maintenance programs, responding to occupant requests, compiling site-specific documentation, preparing budgets and financial reports, and assisting in the development of capital budgets. The position requires a thorough understanding of management contracts, vendor agreements, and compliance with insurance requirements. The Assistant Facility Manager will proactively inspect the facility and report any findings or issues to the Facility Manager.
