About The Position

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Director to help lead the food and beverage operations at an upscale boutique hotel. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading teams across multiple outlets. Working alongside the Food & Beverage Director and Executive Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences throughout the hotel's restaurant, bar, banquet, and catering operations.

Requirements

3+ years of progressive food & beverage management experience
Proven leadership ability with a passion for developing high-performing teams
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing multiple food & beverage outlets simultaneously
Strong understanding of labor management, service standards, and financial performance

Nice To Haves

Hotel, resort, country club, or upscale restaurant experience preferred
Strong banquet and event operations experience

Responsibilities

Assist in the daily leadership of restaurant, bar, banquet, and catering operations
Ensure exceptional guest service while maintaining the highest hospitality standards
Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house managers and team members
Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance management
Coordinate banquet and special event execution with the culinary and operations teams
Monitor labor costs, beverage costs, and operational efficiencies
Maintain all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Help drive revenue through service excellence, upselling, and operational improvements
Resolve guest concerns professionally and create memorable guest experiences
Collaborate with hotel leadership on promotions, special events, and operational initiatives
