About The Position

The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and common areas of the hotel to have ready for guests according to the policies and procedures. Requirements

High School diploma or GED required
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in all aspects of Housekeeping
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be flexible with working weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff
Assign daily boards to housekeeping team members
Maintain room quality based on hotel objectives
Monitor and maintain a level of cleanliness in rooms, storage areas, laundry, restrooms, and public areas
Compile and report accurate status of guest rooms to front office
Oversee all housekeeping duties
Maintain productivity and labor cost goals
Ensure quality services are rendered in meeting guest needs and that guest relations are enhanced
Other duties as assigned
