Requirements

Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or related hospitality setting preferred.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
Capable of lifting and moving cleaning equipment and supplies as required.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.
High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Assist the Executive Housekeeper in supervising and coordinating housekeeping staff activities to ensure efficient daily operations.
Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet cleanliness and safety standards.
Train, motivate, and support housekeeping team members to maintain high productivity and morale.
Conduct inspections to monitor quality control and address any guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and communicate needs to management.
Assist with scheduling and staffing to meet business demands.
Comply with all hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
