The ideal candidate is a well-organized leader with excellent time management and prioritization skills. They must also have experience in sales and marketing, business office management experience, and a passion for exceptional customer support. No senior living experience is necessary, as paid training is offered to candidates with proven success in other management and leadership positions. This role is critical to leading the community to financial, regulatory, and operational success.
