Requirements

• Minimum eight (8) years food and beverage/Culinary experience in related fields.
• Must possess and demonstrate strong leadership skills and abilities that will enhance and exemplify the best-in-class culture.
• Ability to obtain a Health Card

Nice To Haves

• Comprehensive food & wine and beverage knowledge preferred.
• Minimum six (6) years in varied high volume and fine dining environment with P&L responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing support and maintaining materials (MSDS, Recipe Book and Guidelines, etc.), supplies, etc. to ensure Team Members have the proper tools to provide best-in-class service.
• Setting schedules and specific job duties, while maintaining Team Members’ hours for proper staffing as defined through established service standards.
• Coaching and counseling Team Members who are not meeting Standards, including understanding the steps of discipline according to Station Casinos’ Policies.
• Participating in the creation of annual budgets.
• Managing and leading the unit in all forecasting and cost controls to meet or exceed units’ operating financial potentials and goals.
• Being available for your team, enabling and empowering them to perform, owning your operation or shift, and building caring and trusting relationships.
• Engaging and communicating with your team, elevating performance through coaching, developing talent, and championing collaboration within your team and across the business.
