Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communication in a "Grandes Ecoles de Commerce" program
  • Practical work experience, preferably related to sales or marketing
  • Previous experience within a semiconductor-related company
  • Autonomy, excellent planning and organization skills with great attention to detail
  • Analytical and rigorous mindset
  • Interpersonal, communication, and effective collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in English and another language will be a real advantage

Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing marketing communication strategies (event selection, technical press communication strategy...)
  • Collect data, analyze it, and maintain databases and media lists
  • Collaborate on the creation of a web-to-lead program to manage prospects and convert them into customers
  • Assist in the daily monitoring of the company's e-reputation
  • Prepare marketing activity reports
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director on the preparation of all events (vendor management, contract negotiation, content development in collaboration with different divisions) and then develop skills towards autonomous management of the preparation process.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director on event management (event participation, participation in various event organization committees, stand setup management, brochure management, promotional item management, management of leads that will be generated) and then develop skills towards autonomous management of the preparation process.
  • Provide administrative support
  • Participate in the writing and editing of communication texts (e.g., press releases, publications, social media messages)
  • Assist in maintaining web content and executing social media strategies
  • Track projects and media exposure
  • Maintain the calendar of all events the company will participate in
  • Participate in the creation of video content to promote our products
