Assistant Manager - ACT
Salary: Starting at $18.10/h (including bonus) depending on experience + BENEFITS
Schedule: Mainly evenings and weekends

What your daily life will look like in one of our stores:
Ensure daily management of the establishment in partnership with the manager (orders, bank deposits, staff management, and financial reports);
Maintain lasting relationships with customers and representatives;
Offer excellent customer service by welcoming each customer and offering them a product adapted to their needs;
Participate in optimizing sales and the profitability of the store;
Ensure the store is clean and attractive.

Requirements

• Experience in staff management or retail (6 months and +)
• Skills in human resources management
• Able to lift and carry merchandise regularly, frequently, and without assistance, as needed. Merchandise weight can vary up to 12 kg (25 lb)
• Able to stand for long periods
• In accordance with the French Language Act, any person hired in our greater Quebec region must speak French
