About The Position

This role is for an Assistant Drive Up & Go Supervisor who will be responsible for the online grocery platform, ensuring a positive customer shopping experience. The position involves coordinating with various departments, overseeing daily operations, and developing strategies to increase online sales. The Assistant Drive Up & Go Supervisor will support the eCommerce Manager, handle customer inquiries, analyze data for trends, prepare performance reports, and lead a team of in-store shoppers to ensure efficient order picking and packing.
