About The Position

We're looking for an Assistant eCommerce Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for our online grocery platform, ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience. This role involves coordinating with various departments, overseeing daily operations, and developing strategies to increase online sales. You will assist the eCommerce Manager, handle customer inquiries, analyze data to identify trends, prepare performance reports, and lead a team of in-store shoppers for efficient order picking and packing.
