About The Position

The Assistant Drive Up and Go Supervisor supports digital order fulfillment and pickup/delivery operations in a fast-paced retail environment. The role oversees daily Home Shopping operations to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time, while providing a positive pickup and delivery experience. It coordinates fulfillment activities from picking and staging through dispensing and delivery coordination where applicable, and ensures associates use Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems properly.

The supervisor monitors operational and customer-service performance, creates schedules based on order volume and demand, works with department leaders to address inventory issues, and hires, trains, coaches, and develops associates. The position also supports compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, safety, and company operating standards. Flexible availability is required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and working in varying temperature environments. Travel is not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations and ensure timely, accurate, customer-focused order fulfillment.
• Deliver an exceptional pickup and delivery experience and professionally resolve customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds.
• Coordinate fulfillment processes, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks affecting orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates and foster a positive, accountable team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards.
