PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Ensuring the Point Sebago boats are clean and have all required equipment on board. Perform ongoing maintenance and installation of docks and Works closely with Maintenance personnel for pre-season dock installation and post-season dock removal. Assist and provide dock slip assignments when necessary. Friendly, Passionate, and Professional about serving our Members and customers. Support and follow all Cove Communities and Point Sebago All other duties as assigned Education and Experience Evening and weekend work is required High School degree or equivalent. A boater’s license is preferred. Broad knowledge of marina operations, boat lifting, boat handling, and towing and equipment maintenance. Maintains accurate records of transient slip and boat rental reservations. Experienced with handling various sized power and sailboats. Self-sufficient who can also take direction and follow through on tasks to completion. Be computer literate and can navigate around databases and social media. Must have reliable transportation.
