Assistant District Manager
About The Position
This position will assist the district manager in the overseeing and execution of daily operations across four ZAXBYS locations (Lavonia,GA, Elberton,GA, Walhalla,SC, and Pickens,SC). The role involves recruitment, onboarding, training, and tracking the development of all team members through the online ZAXBYS University portal. Key responsibilities include managing LTO (Limited Time Offer) rollouts at all locations to ensure proper training of new menu items, utilizing brand-specific software to guide management in daily operations relating to speed of service, inventory, and labor, and enforcing brand standards by performing assessments at each location to ensure standards are met. Driving is required for this position. Upon hiring, in-store training and "Operations Training Manager" certification will be completed within a set timeframe.
