About The Position
District 25 is seeking an Assistant District Attorney for the McIntosh County District Attorney’s Office. The position performs professional legal duties, including prosecuting misdemeanors and felonies from intake through trial. The successful applicant will also handle juvenile delinquent, deprived, and mental health matters. This is a full-time, regular position. The salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. The position is open until filled.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admission to the Oklahoma State Bar in good standing.
- Admission or eligibility for admission to relevant federal courts.
Responsibilities
- Prosecute misdemeanors and felonies from intake through trial.
- Handle juvenile delinquent, deprived, and mental health matters.
