About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Experience in a preschool or daycare environment is a must
  • Must be a strong, communicative team player
  • Leadership and management skills required
  • Must be responsible, reliable and flexible to work between the hours of 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM
  • Must meet all requirements stipulated by the state for this position

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operation of the assigned center.
  • Assist the school director in collecting tuition.
  • Communicate with parents in various forms.
  • Hold the center monthly meeting.
  • Ensure all state documents are completed.
  • Focus on the overall brand image and enrollment.
  • Ensure all rooms have complete paperwork.
  • Update documents to assist the Director.
  • Manage extracurricular activities such as field trips, parent-teacher conferences, picture day.
  • Assist with tours as needed.
  • File forms and accident reports.
  • Track attendance.
  • Schedule employee breaks.
  • Complete relevant forms and paperwork.
  • Identify and prioritize materials and equipment needed in classrooms and playgrounds, and coordinate with the operations director in completing inventory lists.
  • Request and order necessary supplies needed to run the center smoothly.
  • Greet parents daily during morning drop-off and at the end of the day.
  • Provide strong support to families in any aspect related to the school.
  • Manage all incident reports, investigations and notifications to parents and management.
  • Communicate with families.
  • Follow all state-required guidelines and maintain excellent records and documentation required by the state.
