We are looking for an assistant school director that will take pride in the development and implementation of an age-appropriate curriculum with experience of doing so. We are looking for a motivated Assistant Center director. A bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood education is preferred but not required. We are looking for an individual with creativity that can bring positive management skills and lead a team.

Requirements

• BA, BS Degree, or Master’s degree in early education preferred but not required
• Prior Managerial/Leadership experience in a child care setting
• Proven track record of growing school enrollment
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Outstanding customer service skills, ability to multitask, strong organizational skills and handle a variety of situations effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• The safety and security of the children in your care is your #1 responsibility
• Develop strong relationships with our staff, families and community
• Perfect licensing visits
• Grow enrollment using your creativity
• Decrease staff turnover
• Hire great teachers
• Maintain accurate record-keeping, both state and GSI requirements
• Support staff in daily tasks and classroom management
• Manage and maintain child care services in accordance with licensing
• Team and family engagement
