About The Position

Dove Healthcare - Orchard Hills Assisted Living in Eau Claire is looking for a full-time assistant director who is self-motivated and looking to maintain an atmosphere of teamwork, positivity, and continuous improvement for our 40-bed assisted living residence. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.

Requirements

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and perform in an environment with interruptions, multiple responsibilities, and deadlines
Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and other programs
Ability to organize and set priorities
Must be age 18+
Previous employment in a caregiving role or at an assisted living facility
High school diploma or equivalency with additional education or work experience in a related area

Responsibilities

Respond to any family and/or resident concerns
Tour perspective families and/or residents
Round daily and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations
Conduct audits per CBRF registry
Pick up shifts when necessary and assist with on-call rotation
Maintain employee schedules
Maintain attendance and payroll records
Participate in recruitment and retention activities
