Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood education is preferred but not required.
Prior Managerial/Leadership experience in a child care setting.
Proven track record of growing school enrollment.
CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Ability to multitask.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle a variety of situations effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and security of the children.
Develop strong relationships with staff, families, and the community.
Prepare for and ensure successful licensing visits.
Grow enrollment through creative strategies.
Decrease staff turnover.
Hire qualified teachers.
Maintain accurate record-keeping according to state and GSI requirements.
Support staff in daily tasks and classroom management.
Manage and maintain child care services in accordance with licensing regulations.
Engage with the team and families.
