The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children. Our Assistant Directors are accountable for ensuring the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards, foster an educational, caring, safe environment for the children and parents, spark imagination, build self-esteem, and help children discover new things each day. They also promote the positive image of the company and play a major role in making the company a provider of choice for the communities we serve. Additionally, they are team-oriented, recruiting, selecting, and retaining quality staff, and dedicated to helping achieve profitability for the company.
