About The Position

Our Assistant Directors are accountable for ensuring the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards. They are responsible for fostering an educational, caring, and safe environment for children and parents. Assistant Directors creatively spark imagination, build self-esteem, and help children discover new things each day. They promote the positive image of the company and play a major role in making the company a provider of choice for the communities we serve. They are team-oriented, responsible for recruiting, selecting, and retaining quality staff, and dedicated to helping achieve profitability for the company.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
