About The Position

Our Assistant Directors are accountable for ensuring the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards. They are responsible for fostering an educational, caring, and safe environment for children and parents. Assistant Directors are creative in sparking imagination, building self-esteem, and helping children discover new things daily. They promote the positive image of the company and play a major role in making the company a provider of choice for the communities they serve. As team-oriented individuals, they recruit, select, and retain quality staff. They are also dedicated to helping achieve profitability for the company.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience
• At least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements
