About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and customer-focused Assistant Director to support the daily operations of our early childhood education center. This role works closely with center leadership, teaching staff, children, and families to ensure a safe, welcoming, and high-quality learning environment.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Center leadership role within a childcare center.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines and a commitment to maintaining full compliance.
High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to the Center leadership team.
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the child care center.
Greet families and visitors, answer phones and emails, schedule tours, and provide excellent customer service.
Support enrollment, registration, attendance, billing, and recordkeeping.
Maintain accurate and confidential student, family, and employee records.
Assist with licensing, compliance, and required documentation.
Support classroom operations as needed to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
Assist with family engagement activities, center events, and community outreach.
Collaborate with teachers and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
