About The Position
Cozy Kids Academy is seeking passionate, dedicated individuals to join our growing team. This position requires comprehensive knowledge of licensing requirements and the ability to help manage multiple classrooms. A commitment to making the site successful through empowering team members and developing meaningful relationships with children, families, and team members is essential. The Assistant Director leads a team of teachers in classroom management and assists the Director in overseeing recruitment, enrollment, maintaining compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies, and facility and supplies management and ordering. You will also be required to step in and lead a classroom to maintain staffing ratios when needed.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
Nice To Haves
- A CDA or Associate degree in Early Childhood Education
Responsibilities
- Help manage multiple classrooms
- Lead a team of teachers in classroom management
- Assist the Director in overseeing recruitment
