The Assistant Director leads a team of teachers in classroom management and assists the Director in overseeing recruitment, enrollment, maintaining compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies, and facility and supplies management and ordering. You will also be required to step in and lead a classroom to maintain staffing ratios when needed.
