About The Position

Dove Healthcare - Rutledge Home in Chippewa Falls is looking for a full-time assistant director who is self-motivated and looking to maintain an atmosphere of teamwork, positivity, and continuous improvement for our assisted living and memory care residence. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize workload.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and perform in an environment with interruptions, multiple responsibilities, and deadlines
• Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and other programs
• Ability to organize and set priorities
• Must be age 18+
• Previous employment in a caregiving role or at an assisted living facility
• High school diploma or equivalency with additional education or work experience in a related area

Responsibilities

• Respond to any family and/or resident concerns
• Tour perspective families and/or residents
• Round daily and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations
• Conduct audits per CBRF registry
• Fill open floor shifts during the week, when necessary
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Maintain employee schedules
• Maintain attendance and payroll records
• Participate in recruitment and retention activities
