About The Position

This role coordinates and implements donor experiences through events, communications, and campus engagement activities that highlight the impact of philanthropy and strengthen long-term relationships with the university. In addition, partners across campus to plan, organize, and execute stewardship initiatives, ensuring projects run smoothly, communications are timely, and donors remain informed, connected, and inspired.

Requirements

  • Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience required.
  • Valid Driver's License Required
  • Ability to communicate with an ethnically and culturally diverse campus community.
  • Ability to follow all university policies, procedures, and guidelines including but not limited to safety, civility, information security, and non-discrimination policies and procedures.
  • Ability to contribute to a positive university experience for each and every student and assist in achieving the university's commitment to a "vision of excellence."

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, communications, and/or 4 years of professional experience in project coordination, event planning, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coordinate, and implement the Comprehensive Stewardship Plan, including event programming, social engagement activities, and board-related stewardship efforts.
  • Responsible for coordinating stewardship communications to support collaboration across internal and external partners.
  • Develops and maintains project plans, timelines, and deliverables for department related projects.
