Ivy Tech Community College - Bloomington is looking for an individual to join their team as Assistant Director of Wraparound Services. This student-centered leadership role supports student success, well-being, and retention by overseeing Disability Support Services, IvyCares, and the Hive & Harvest Food Pantry. Working closely with the Director of Student Resources & Programming, the Assistant Director coordinates accommodations for students with disabilities, connects students with campus and community resources, provides case management support, and collaborates with faculty and staff to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about student advocacy, accessibility, and helping students overcome barriers to achieve their academic and personal goals. This is a full-time, salaried position offering a salary range of $42,000 to $45,000, based on education and experience. The Assistant Director of Wraparound Services serves as a key leader within the Division of Student Affairs, supporting the Student Resources & Programming unit in partnership with the Director of Student Resources & Programming. This position provides leadership and oversight for Disability Support Services, IvyCares, and the Hive & Harvest Food Pantry, ensuring students have access to comprehensive resources that promote academic success, well-being, and equitable outcomes. The Assistant Director oversees Disability Support Services by engaging in the interactive process to determine eligibility for reasonable accommodations under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the ADA Amendments Act (ADAAA). The position collaborates with students, faculty, and staff to implement accommodations, promote accessibility, and foster an inclusive learning environment. Through IvyCares and the Hive & Harvest Food Pantry, the Assistant Director connects students with basic needs resources and other campus and community support services. Using a developmental and case management approach, the position coordinates outreach and intervention efforts that reduce barriers to success, strengthen student engagement, and promote retention, persistence, and credential completion.
