Join the READY RURAL team and play a key leadership role in advancing innovative, simulation-based healthcare education that prepares learners for today's evolving workforce. The Assistant Director of Simulation provides leadership for simulation strategy, academic assessment, technology integration, faculty development, and competency-based evaluation across READY RURAL's simulation and Virtual Care-enabled learning environments. In this collaborative leadership role, you will work closely with faculty, healthcare partners, and campus stakeholders to ensure simulation experiences are aligned with curricular outcomes, professional competencies, accreditation standards, workforce needs, and grant objectives. You will help shape and coordinate simulation initiatives, oversee assessment and quality assurance processes, support technology-enabled learning, and provide consultation and professional development that promotes excellence in simulation-based education. The Assistant Director will coordinate simulation operations, including lab and Virtual Care scheduling, equipment readiness, and technology integration, while supporting innovative teaching, competency tracking, learner assessment, and outcomes reporting. This position also plays a vital role in collecting and analyzing data for grant reporting, accreditation, continuous quality improvement, and workforce readiness initiatives.
