As a member of our management team, some of your responsibilities will include: Ensuring that Apple Montessori students and staff members enjoy a safe and nurturing environment through adherence to state and company policies. Managing confidential student and staff files to ensure compliance with all state and company policies. Representing the Apple Montessori brand in the community and supporting our mission to provide excellence in education. Developing relationships with families to provide the highest quality education and care to their children. Collaborating with the Center Director and corporate team to meet all Apple Montessori School standards and expectations.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• A minimum 1 to 3 years’ managerial experience.
• A minimum 2 years of experience in a school setting.
• Capacity to understand and manage center staffing, enrollment and inventory.
• Ability to respond effectively and appropriately in different situations.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to current and prospective families.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate with staff effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and web-based applications
