About The Position

Join Greystone Programs as an experienced and innovative leader in the disabilities services field. This role oversees and provides leadership to four community residences and their management teams. Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required to qualify as a QIDP (Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional) when needed.
  • Proven supervisory experience in the I/DD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) field, with demonstrated ability to lead teams independently.
  • Strong problem-solving, goal orientation, and delegation abilities to ensure team and organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and empower residential managers to deliver the highest quality of care aligned with Greystone's core values: Respect, Integrity, Compassion, Honesty, and Diversity.
  • Coach and support residential teams to achieve their goals, solve problems effectively, and ensure operations run smoothly.
  • Monitor program budgets, ensure proper staffing coverage within labor budgets, and oversee operations to meet the evolving needs of those we support.
  • Work a Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility as needed, including providing on-call support.
