Requirements

  • Current, active PTA or COTA license in the state of California
  • Experience in a skilled nursing or post‑acute setting preferred
  • Previous leadership or supervisor experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and team‑building skills
  • Passion for clinical excellence and staff development

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Medicare Part A, PDPM, and documentation standards a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Rehabilitation with daily therapy operations
  • Provide direct patient care within your licensed scope (PTA or COTA)
  • Assist with staff mentoring, training, and engagement
  • Promote high clinical quality, productivity, and compliance
  • Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Support regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy, and best practices
  • Help foster a positive, accountable, and motivated rehab team culture
