About The Position

At White Blossom Care Center, our goal is to wonderfully enrich thousands of lives, one person at a time. We are a premier 153-bed skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation facility proudly featuring the largest rehabilitation gym in the Bay Area. Operating as a dedicated in-house therapy team rather than a contract agency, we offer unmatched clinical resource space, cutting-edge modalities (including E-Stim, Ultrasound, and Diathermy), and a supportive environment built around functional recovery. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate clinical leader to step into the dual role of Assistant Director of Rehab (ADOR) and Occupational Therapist (OTR). In this role, you will split your time between delivering exceptional, outcomes-driven patient care and assisting the Director of Rehab (DOR) in managing daily gym operations, leading team meetings, tracking compliance metrics, and mentoring clinical staff. This is an ideal position for an experienced OTR looking to transition into formal clinical leadership within a high-volume, resource-rich facility.
