Responsibilities

  • Manage the full candidate lifecycle from initial inquiry through enrollment.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospective students.
  • Ensure consistent progression of candidates through the admissions process.
  • Proactively generate new leads through outreach, networking, and partnerships.
  • Engage prospective students through corporate connections, alumni networks, events, and referrals.
  • Expand top-of-funnel activity through targeted and strategic outreach.
  • Deliver a high-touch, personalized experience for prospective students.
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and virtual/in-person meetings.
  • Maintain timely follow-up and consistent communication.
  • Guide candidates through the application process and provide ongoing support.
  • Maintain engagement with applicants and admitted students.
  • Support efforts to improve candidate conversion and enrollment outcomes.
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person recruitment events.
  • Represent the program at local and national recruiting events.
  • Drive candidate participation and follow-up.
  • Review applications and participate in candidate evaluation.
  • Conduct interviews and contribute to admissions and scholarship discussions.
  • Support Admissions Committee decision-making.
  • Track candidate engagement and pipeline activity using CRM systems.
  • Monitor trends and identify opportunities to improve outreach and conversion.
  • Use data insights to refine recruitment strategies.
