Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members and public.
Familiar with local area and attractions.
Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
Outgoing, enthusiastic and personable.

Responsibilities

Present timely activities and programs including adjustments due to weather and seasonal fluctuations.
Design programs that attract targeted guest population.
Efficiency in using hotel’s resources to publicize program information.
Produce effective communications that are appropriate for the audience.
Effectively handle guests and clients by phone.
Organize quality programs targeted to meet the needs and limits of a variety of guests.
Assist in the evaluation of events against both participant expectations and financial objectives.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest comments regarding programs.
